Requirements for a Valid DMCA Notice

To be valid, your notice must include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
2. The specific URL(s) you want disabled on our service.
3. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@toolsbear.com. The counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the disabled material and its location before removal, a statement of good faith under penalty of perjury, and your signature.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, ToolsBear maintains a policy of terminating access for users who are repeat copyright infringers.
